Hotel Policy:
1. Alcohol is strictly not allowed.
2. Non-Vegetarian Food strictly is not allowed nor served.
3. Meals include Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner.
4. Charges per cottage include stay and meals for two persons.
5. Date changes are not allowed at all on Peak Days.
6. Early Check - In and Late Check - Out is subject to availability.
7. Standard Check – In Time – 1 P.M.

9. Foreigners to register with the Local Police Verification Office.

Cancellation Policy:
1. Incase of Peak Days no refund is given on the bookings made.
2. Incase of Non Peak Days a refund of 50% is given if cancelled at least 15 days before arrival.
3. Refunds are usually processed within a week post cancellation of a booking.

Important Guideline Before Picking Peak Day Slots:
For Peak Bathing Days, Visitors are strongly advised to book their accommodation at least one day prior to the Peak Bathing Day and to a minimum of 1 day after the Peak Bathing Day. Scenario is revised for first 3 Shahi Snans to total restriction of 4 days as these days will attract maximum crowd on peak days. The Slots are mentioned below for the same. This is necessary on account of Traffic Restrictions that come in force on the afternoon of the day preceding Peak Bathing Day and continue to the morning of the day after the Peak Bathing Day or even a day ahead. Looking at past experiences we would highly recommend our guests to follow this guideline to avoid any hustle for reaching the camping site as our site is extremely close to the bathing area, which is one of best locations in the entire Mela region. We will not entertain any bookings if they are not made as per below dates. If bookings are made by mistake they will be cancelled and refunds will be issued for the same.
